If your property is Freehold and is located in the West Yorkshire area we can provide the BASIC HIP PACK for a total of £250.

Basic HIP (includes all mandatory documents to sell your house) £250*   EPC Only £80   The Complete HIP Pack (includes HCR) Additional £200 for a 1 bedroom property (add £10 per extra bedroom)

THE COMPLETE HIP which includes the Home Condition Report can be included at an additional cost of £200 for a 1 bedroom property and £10 for every extra bedroom thereafter.

Once the pack is compiled (usually 10 working days) the pack is e-mailed to you and or your agent. We can also forward a CD copy if required for £10. Your agent will normally print hard copies as and when required for prospective buyers but we can provide you with a bound HIP pack at a cost £15 per copy.

* Leasehold properties incur an additional charge of £40. This is due to the additional searches and information required for this type of property.

* Un-registered Properties incur an additional charge of £70. This is to register title deeds and can be carried out by your own solicitor if you wish.
