If you are selling your home in England or Wales, you now need a Home Information Pack (HIP) when you put it on the market. Your HIP must also include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) plus a number of other compulsory documents required to sell your home. We at Hips2Move Ltd can help you do this.

The BASIC HIP which includes all the compulsory documents you need to market your property is available for a total price of £250 (all inclusive).

An EPC CERTIFICATE for your Home or your Rented Properties (required from 1st October 2008) is available for a total price of £80 (all inclusive).

The COMPLETE HIP PACK which includes the Home Condition Report (not mandatory) is available from £450 for a 1 bedroom property.
